Policy for Key2Go Car Rentals

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location stated in the booking.
Early returns are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made [e.g., 24/48 hours] before pickup may qualify for a full or partial refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within [3] business days.
The security deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection, subject to deductions for damages, fines, fuel, or additional charges.
The company reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of policy violations or misuse of the vehicle.
