The renter must meet the minimum age requirement and hold a valid driving license.
The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.
The vehicle must be used lawfully and returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Rental charges, security deposits, and additional fees (fuel, late return, traffic fines, damages) may apply.
Late returns or unauthorized extensions may result in extra charges.
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations and fines during the rental period.
Insurance coverage is subject to the terms of the policy; the renter is liable for damages not covered by Insurance.
Smoking, illegal use, racing, off-road driving, or sub-leasing the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The company reserves the right to terminate the rental if these terms are violated.

Return and Refund Policy

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location stated in the booking.
Early returns are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made [e.g., 24/48 hours] before pickup may qualify for a full or partial refund.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within [3] business days.
